It’s free, quick and easy to add your club or group to Meets & Rallies. However, there are a couple of things you need to check before you can create your club/group listing page.
You will first need to have and be logged into your Meets & Rallies account. If you need to register, check out this page on how to do it.
Event listings can only be assigned to one club, so a Club/Group listing will need to be created first, before you can start adding your events.
Once logged in to your account, click on red “+ Add New” button found at the top right hand corner of the page. On mobile devices, this will just be a red button labelled with a “+” sign.

On the Create a Listing page, click on “Add a Club/Group” button.
Some clubs and groups already exist on Meets & Rallies, so we need to check that your club/group is not already on the platform. To prevent a duplication, use the “Existing Clubs & Groups” field to try searching for your club or group. It’s worth trying a few different formats, e.g. Teeside DA, Teeside District Association, CACC Teeside etc.
If your club or group does appear on the list, that means it already exists on the system and you DO NOT need to create a new Club/Group listing. You can skip this process and move on to create your event listings.
If you could not find your club or group using the search field, you can leave this field blank and move on to the checkbox, to confirm that your club or group does not already exist. Then click “Next step”.
Complete the fields, entering the name of your Club or Group and adding some information to the About section.
Is your club/group associated with a governing club?
Some clubs derive from national clubs, such as Regions and Distraction Associations are part of the Camping and Caravanning Club, Divisions and Centres are part of the Caravan and Motorhome Club, meaning members of the national clubs can access their associated clubs. If this sounds like your clubs setup, tick “Yes” and select your governing club.
If you are not governed by national club, tick “No”.
If you feel that your club is a governing club, as it has smaller sections belonging to it, please contact us before continuing any further.
What you select here has an impact on how your club or group is displayed on the website, including your events.
Upload your club or groups logo and cover image. These will be displayed on your Clubs/Groups page and events.
Click “Next step”.
Enter your club or groups contact information into the relevant field. Each field is optional.
Click “Save changes”.
Your Club/Group listing is now complete and you now have the option to “View Listing” or go back and edit.
You can edit your listing at anytime by heading to your profile, found by clicking your name in the top right corner of the page and selecting “My Listings”. Scroll down to see your Club/Group listings.
If you require your Club/Group listing to be deleted, please contact us.
