A lovely site at the side of Hollingworth Lake and Nature Reserve. Ideal for walkers with the Pennines and Blackstone Edge near by. Also fishing, cycling, and pony trekking close by. An ideal place for exploring with the market town of Rochdale, home of the Rochdale Pioneers and right on the M62/60 motorway network. For those who like their food and drink there are plenty of pubs and restaurants close by with all different types of cuisine, ales and fine wine to suit all tastes.

From M62, J21, turn L then R at traffic lights and follow signs for Hollingworth Lake Country Park on B6225. At The Wine Press PH turn R, site on the R over little bridge in approx. 500m
