The Holding Stables is a well kept site located in the village of Wilmcote. The village is approximately 3 miles north of Stratford-upon-Avon and is most famous as the childhood home of William Shakespeare’s mother, Mary Arden. The train station is a short walk from site and will take you into Stratford town centre.

Take M40 to Jct 16 at r/about tale 2nd exit A3400 Stratford Rd. Cont on A3400 take R turn signed Wilmcote (Mary Ardens House), over canal & railway bridge to T jct. Turn R and follow signs to site on L. Take driveway between house and social club Not the social club drive.
