Meets & Rallies is an online directory dedicated to caravanning, motorhoming and camping events, often known as meet-ups or rallies, all brought together in one easy-to-search place.
Whether you travel with a caravan, motorhome, campervan, roof tent or a traditional tent, Meets & Rallies helps you discover events that suit you. Each event listing clearly shows what types of vehicles are welcome, making it easier to find something that fits both your setup and your style of camping.
At its heart, Meets & Rallies is about getting out and about and enjoying good company. The community is relaxed, social and welcoming, with no pressure to take part in anything you don’t fancy. Events range from laid-back weekends with a drink and a chat, to walks, hikes and themed get-togethers, but the common theme is bringing like-minded people together.
Meets & Rallies began after a conversation between friends about how tricky it can be to find rallies and meet-ups. Events are often spread across multiple club websites and Facebook groups, making them hard to discover, particularly for those who aren’t on social media.
The idea was simple: what if everything was advertised in one place?
From that, Meets & Rallies was born. A single directory where people can easily search for events, discover new clubs, and find weekends away that suit them. It also helps clubs and groups reach a wider audience, attract new members, and reduce the risk of events being cancelled due to low attendance.
Meets & Rallies is for anyone with a leisure vehicle or tent who enjoys getting out and about and socialising with others. It’s also designed to support clubs and groups, especially those struggling with outdated websites or limited visibility.
By offering a simple, free-to-use event posting format, with forms that ask the right questions and present clear information, the platform makes it easier for organisers to promote their events and for campers to find them.
Hi, I’m Ashley, a caravanner who loves touring all year round.
With a background in website building, marketing and social media, creating Meets & Rallies was a project that really got my juices flowing. The platform is completely self-funded and built as a hobby, not as a profit-making business. Any future sponsorship would simply help cover the ongoing costs of running the website.
Meets & Rallies has been built by the community, for the community, with the aim of making it easier for people to connect, discover events, and enjoy the social side of touring.
