North Yorkshire Centre

The North Yorkshire Centre is a friendly and active regional branch of the Caravan and Motorhome Club, serving enthusiasts across the North Yorkshire Moors and surrounding areas from the Tees to the Ouse, and from the A1 to the Yorkshire Coast. The Centre is run by a team of dedicated volunteer committee members who are elected at the annual general meeting and committed to creating welcoming and fun experiences for all members. 

Rallying is at the heart of the Centre’s activities. A rally is a social gathering of Caravan and Motorhome Club members who enjoy spending quality time together in the great outdoors — from short weekend breaks to longer adventures. These events take place throughout the year at diverse locations, including countryside fields, racecourses, and local attractions, giving members the chance to explore North Yorkshire’s scenery, meet like-minded people, and take part in optional activities and social events. 

Each rally is organised by a friendly Rally Officer who welcomes attendees, helps with arrival and pitching arrangements, and provides a programme of activities for the weekend. Social elements often include Saturday evening gatherings, games, competitions and light-hearted fun — all designed to appeal to members of all ages and interests. The Centre also hosts special events such as themed weekends and anniversary celebrations. 

Membership of the North Yorkshire Centre is free to all Caravan and Motorhome Club members and offers opportunities to join local rallies, explore the stunning region, and share memorable experiences with fellow touring enthusiasts.
