About the Event

ClubFest 2026 will be held at the Northamptonshire countryside venue of Kelmarsh Hall. The event promises live on-stage entertainment, community vibes and a celebration of summer fun among the parkland and estate grounds. The Caravan ClubThe event is a fixed-fee package covering the full weekend and stays for the full duration (not part-stay).

Tina Turner tribute (Sunday), ABeautifulNoise Neil Diamond tribute (Monday) The Caravan ClubAdditional acts: Badness (Madness tribute), KaiserMonkeyKillers etc. The Caravan Club“Club Zones” including Wellness Club, Nature Club, MAYDAY Kids Club, Aqua Club, K9 Club (dog zone), Have A Go Club, Sports Club, Family Club. The Caravan ClubDay-ticket options (Friday to Monday) with parking, live entertainment and access to activities.

Pricing & Extras

£425 per stay – Price includes your pitch for the full duration (4 nights) and your entry ticket to the festival of music and activities. Based on: 2 adults and up to 6 children (max 8 people per pitch). For many pitch types, electric hook-up (EHU) is included. For Eco Pitches (non-EHU) it is excluded.
Additional night (Wednesday 27 May) option for non-electric only.
Additional vehicle: if you need parking for an extra vehicle beyond the one car per pitch, extra charge (£50) for some pitch types.
Day-tickets also available separately.
Cancellation admin charge: cancellations before 3 April 2026 incur admin charge £75; after that no refund.

The platform is currently in an active testing phase, with several new developments added since the last version. We’re continuing to fix bugs, refine features, and enhance the overall experience.
