Each year, Dubs in the Middle delivers a packed schedule of fun and entertainment alongside its core VW culture. Throughout the festival weekend you’ll find over 50 live music acts and DJs performing across different stages and time slots, offering a mix of genres and styles — from local bands to tribute performances and worldwide DJs. There’s also a silent disco each night, where you can dance into the early hours with multiple music channels available via wireless headsets. Tribute sets and themed musical entertainment extend into the daytime and evening, making live music a central part of the atmosphere.
In addition to music, the festival hosts a variety of interactive and family-friendly attractions. Expect a trade village with 50+ stalls, food vendors with diverse cuisine options, and artisan products. There’s a funfair and inflatables, plus a dog show for four-legged attendees and their owners. Art and activity workshops — such as yoga, pilates, music, crochet, hula-hooping, and more — take place around the site, many of them free. The weekend also includes themed nights like a charity race/casino night, comedy drag and burlesque shows, and the popular Show ‘n’ Shine & Rust ‘n’ Rat vehicle display and competition, where VW owners show off their rides for prizes.
There’s something for everyone, from kids’ zones and free entertainment for younger guests to social spaces like dance tents, a rodeo bull and retro gaming areas — all designed to make the festival an engaging and memorable experience whether you’re a dedicated VW fan or just looking for a fun weekend out.
