About the Event

Join us for a lovely long Easter weekend at Barnstones, a friendly and well-kept site in the peaceful village of Great Bourton near Banbury. This is the perfect rally if you’re looking for a relaxed break with the option of light-hearted Easter fun. Whether you plan to join in with any activities or simply unwind for a few days, you’ll find plenty of space, comfort and good company.

We’re planning an Easter Bonnet Competition for anyone who fancies getting creative — all ages welcome! You can go as simple or as extravagant as you like. We may also run a few optional Easter-themed games or small activities over the weekend, depending on interest. Everything will be light, friendly and “join in if you like.”

Barnstones is set in the pretty village of Great Bourton, just a few minutes’ drive from Banbury and within easy reach of some wonderful Oxfordshire scenery.

Banbury town centre offers shopping, cafés, a Saturday market, and historic sights including the Banbury Cross area.
There are lovely village walks, including lanes, fields and a canal towpath nearby, perfect for a spring stroll.
The local pub in Great Bourton is just a short walk away, ideal for a relaxing meal or drink.
If you fancy exploring further, you’re well placed for Cotswold villages, peaceful gardens and scenic countryside drives.
