About the Event

The Lunar Owners Club was formed in 1976 and we are holding our 50th anniversary AGM & Social at Wharton Park Golf & Country Club on Saturday 12th September, with nearby Lickhill Manor as our caravan park base. The Club has successfully used both locations for special events in the past….we held our 800th rally/social there.

The full program and menus will be included later but as is usual for special events, the Club will provide a subsidy.

The area has a number of attractions….the nearest town for serious shoppers is Kidderminster (4m) which is also the start point for the Severn Valley Railway, running the 16m to Bridgenorth. The West Midlands Safari Park (7m) is worth a visit, as is Harvington Hall (7m). There are several NT properties in close proximity.

From Lickhill Manor you can walk along the River Severn into Stourport…the marina area is well worth seeing or alternatively do the same at Bewdley where you can have a coffee alongside the river and watch the world go by.
