Get ready to welcome 2027 in style at our fantastic NWMCS New Year Meet in Southport! Join us from 30th December to 3rd January for a memorable few days filled with friendship, fun, laughter, and the famous NWMCS hospitality. Whether you’re catching up with old friends or making new ones, this is the perfect way to start the year.
Southport provides the ideal backdrop for our celebrations. Take a stroll along the iconic Lord Street, browse the many shops, enjoy a coffee in one of the welcoming cafés, or simply relax and make the most of a festive break by the coast. With plenty to see and do, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Arrival Information: No arrivals before 2:00 PM, please (earlier time TBC). Stewards: Ian & Karen. Please take all rubbish home with you. All grey waste to be emptied in the elsan or taken off site. Dogs must be walked off site.
Throughout the Meet:
The hall will be open each morning, bring your brew for a chat and catch up with fellow members (times to be confirmed).
Wednesday 30th December:
Free & Easy Evening featuring bingo, music, and time to relax, socialise, and catch up with friends.
Thursday 31st December (New Year’s Eve):
New Year’s Eve Celebration featuring bingo, fantastic female vocalist Vicky Lorena, buffet supper, music, dancing, and the countdown to the New Year.
Friday 1st January:
Masquerade Evening with masks encouraged, music and dancing, raffle, and canapés served during the evening.
Saturday 2nd January:
Games Night featuring Play Your Cards Right, bingo, bottle raffle, music, and entertainment.
Sunday 3rd January:
Coffee morning for a final catch-up with friends before saying goodbye and wishing everyone a safe journey home.
