The British Caravanners Club

About

The British Caravanners Club (BCC) is a special interest section of The Camping and Caravanning Club. We are big enough to be a national section and also small enough to be friendly. Each area is run by a committee of its own members, and we always welcome your feedback good or not so good

Although we may historically be the Touring-Caravan Section, we welcome all types of unit from tent to motorhome, as long as you are a member of The Camping and Caravanning Club, you are always more than welcome to visit any of our Areas weekend rallies or Temporary Holiday Site.

Who we are

Joining a camping community in the UK, such as the British Caravanners Club (BCC), offers a plethora of benefits for outdoor enthusiasts. Our community provides a platform to connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for exploring the great outdoors and creating lasting memories. Members can enjoy organized meets throughout the year, where they can socialize, exchange camping tips, and build friendships that extend beyond the campfire.

Being part of a camping community also opens doors to new camping locations, insider knowledge on the best spots to visit, and a sense of belonging to a supportive and welcoming group. Whether you are a seasoned camper or a beginner looking to embark on new adventures, joining a camping community in the UK enriches the overall camping experience and creates a sense of camaraderie that makes every trip more enjoyable.

Why join us

We are a dedicated to the Caravanning Fraternity. We feel our size is a major benefit. While we are big enough for outside organisations to take us serious, w are also small enough that you are not just a face in the crowd. Come along to some of our meets and see how everyone seems to know everyone else. It’s a real family feeling

We have our own programme of meets comprising of over 300 weekend meets, 5 night meets and temporary holiday sites (THS) through out the year. At many of our rallies some kind of entertainment will be provided by the members, although we have many free and easy weekends where relaxation is the key. At the start of each year we send our members a book detailing every meet which is a great tool for planning your year.

We also send out 3 magazines a year Caravanning which contains articles submitted by each of our Area Chairmen and our members.

How much does it cost to be a member

As long as you are a member of the Camping and Caravanning Club, it costs just £6 on top of your CCC membership. Just complete our membership form below and this will be free until the renewal of your CCC membership.
