Lees Meadow Farm is the perfect base for exploring the Derbyshire Dales, from the riverside charm of Matlock Bath to the Heights of Abraham and Gulliver’s Kingdom. Just off the A6, you’re close to scenic Black Rocks, the fascinating Crich Tramway Village, and the nostalgic Great British Car Journey. The nearby village of Cromford, heart of the Industrial Revolution, offers history at Cromford Mills, part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The traffic-free High Peak Trail starts right at the site, ideal for walkers and cyclists.
The weekend promises a fun evening, enjoy Sheffield DA’s legendary cheese and wine tasting – bring a bottle (wrapped for mystery!), sample everyone’s choices, and compete for prizes including the infamous slops bucket for the worst wine! Cheese and biscuits are provided by the DA, making it a relaxed, sociable night not to be missed.
