MCS Northern Area is a Special Interest Section of The Camping and Caravanning Club. They offer a warm and welcoming social community for campers of all backgrounds, accepting all types of units from tents to large motorhomes.
The group aims to provide affordable and enjoyable camping across Yorkshire and the North East near local amenities, attractions, and public transport. Meets are held year-round, including weekend rallies, holiday meets, and winter hardstanding meets with social spaces.
To attend rallies, participants must be a member of The Camping and Caravanning Club. Upon joining, members are assigned to a District Association based on their location and gain access to camp with any of the 93 District Associations across 13 regions in the UK. Membership starts at £56.95 per year.
