Millau (France) Baguettes & Castanets!

The charming town of Millau nestles among breathtaking mountain scenery and is home to the world-famous Millau Viaduct. Explore historic streets, enjoy local French cuisine and soak up the atmosphere of this picturesque region.

Run by a welcoming French couple, our site is situated on the banks of the Tarn, across the river from the town of Millau. The site has a bar/restaurant and takeaway and even its own sandy beach.

Millau was infamous for its tortuous route across the Tarn valley, but is now internationally famous for the spectacular viaduct which carries the A75 over the Tarn valley, designed by British architect Norman Foster. Until 2025, it was the tallest bridge in the world, a truly impressive sight.
