Hedgehogs Retreat, Akeley

A family run site, situated on the edge of the village of Akeley. So if you are looking for that peaceful getaway, this is the perfect location. Two mile drive or walk from the historic town of Buckingham, and a nine mile drive from central Milton Keynes. And the town of Towcester is about seven miles from the site. There are two pubs within walking distance, one in the village of Akeley, and the other is in the village of Chackmore, for that meal or drink. It is a ten minute drive from Stowe school and gardens, and a fifteen minute drive from Silverstone Circuit. Also close to Bletchley Park, and the national trust houses of Claydon house and Waddesdon manor. On site there are Alpacas, and a resident Shetland pony Belle, who is quite the Diva!
